Many of us still find it hard to believe the word that the shop owner give, saying the that the phone is original. There is a way to check it by yourself! that is using the imei code of your phone.
to get your imei code simply type *#06# and a series of number will appear. For Example 359374000261610 note the number 7 and 8th of the series (the bolded one).
if the number is
-02 or 20 then it is made in Emirates/Germany, whis is not a good
quality
-08 or 80 then it is made in Germany/Hungary, it is a medium quality
-01 or 10 then it is made in Finland, it is a good quality
-00 it is the best quality phone
-03 or 30 it is original phone that made by official nokia company
in Korea
-04 or 40 it is original phone that made by official nokia company
in China(*not china model)
-05 or 50 then it is made in Brazil/ USA/ Finland , it is a good
quality
-06 or 60 then it is made in HK, China, Mexico , it is a good
quality
-13 it is made in azerbaijan, the worst quality an hazardus to
health
Other numbers are not original, do not buy if you are looking for an
original nokia phone.This is info is not for sure the accuracy , it is
just a guidance.
